In the past week, my daughter has started dance and gymnastics! She previously took dance at school, but with Covid, the school is not allowing any after school activities. So we're in a new location which allows her to wear a leotard, which she LOVES! Dance moms...I could really use some help with the dance bun 😜. It's like a safety hazard with all those pins sticking out. Are your kids able to do any activities right now?

Didn't capture a photo with @huffychic this morning, but so much fun meeting for tennis! (Ask me tomorrow how sore I am 😄) Then dropped my car off for new tires and walked the 1.5 miles home. Beautiful morning to be outside & a plus that a big tire sale started today!

We all have habits, things we do unconsciously sometimes. Some good and some bad. When's the last time you really examined those habits? ⁣

Whatever you call them, they are delicious! And so easy to make! I have a basic recipe using Oatmeal, Peanut Butter, Honey & Juice Plus+ Complete, which is great on its own, but you can also add so many add-ins, like chocolate chips and chia seeds. Great for a quick snack or post-workout, and kid-friendly too! My kids love stirring all the ingredients and rolling the balls.⁣

Officially crossed the halfway point on my #Runthe

Officially crossed the halfway point on my #RuntheMissouri challenge! I've been able to maintain my weekly goal of 22 miles ran or walked, and on track to catch up by the end of October when the challenge ends! This week's long run - 10 miles with @ffstl on the Katy Trail in St Charles.
